There’s a LOT of nonsense out there.
Every scroll, someone’s telling you to intermittent fast, drink mushroom elixirs, or try a carnivore detox with Himalayan salt.
But most people aren’t asking for the weird stuff.
They’re asking the basics. The real stuff.
So let’s answer the top fitness questions from Google… like humans.
1. How many days a week should I work out?
Short answer: 3–5, depending on your goals.
Real answer: However many days you can do consistently without your life falling apart.
2. How long should a workout be?
Anywhere from 20–60 minutes.
You don’t need two hours — you just need intention + consistency.
3. What should I eat before and after a workout?
Before: Something with carbs and a little protein (banana + nut butter, yogurt, etc.)
After: Protein + carbs. You don’t need a shake, but it helps.
🚨 Important: You do NOT need to obsess over this. Fuel your body. Don’t overthink it.
4. Will lifting weights make me bulky?
Only if you’re trying really, really hard to get bulky.
Lifting weights will make you strong, toned, and metabolically efficient.
(Translation: leaner, with more muscle, less fat.)
5. What’s the best workout for fat loss?
The one you’ll do consistently.
Walking, strength training, HIIT — they all work. But if you hate it, you won’t stick with it.
